Deployment framework

Launch with control. Expand with evidence.

A VeriForge representative works alongside agency personnel to guide and co-manage a controlled launch sequence that establishes agency workflows, measures operating value, and creates a repeatable path across additional locations.

Two delivery models

Choose where the human work lives

Both options use the same controlled Workbench and agency-specific policies. They differ in who performs daily review and exception handling.

01 Workstation deployment

Your team, powered by VeriForge

VeriForge installs and manages the Workbench on designated agency workstations. Agency employees operate the review and release workflow.

  • Best for agencies retaining direct operational control
  • VeriForge provides configuration, updates, support, and quality monitoring
  • Agency employees adjudicate exceptions and authorize releases
02 Managed operations

VeriForge operates the Workbench

VeriForge staff run the daily Workbench and apply senior VF judgment under written agency policy. That human review receives added proprietary second- and third-pass AI verification before release. The agency retains clinical authority and exception approval.

  • Best for agencies seeking the greatest workload reduction and VeriForge's most comprehensive review model
  • VF staffing scales with agreed document volume and service levels
  • Agency leaders review exceptions, policy changes, and operating results

Launch sequence

A representative-led path from configuration to expansion

Timing follows agency readiness, selected workflows, security requirements, and operating volume. Each phase advances against agreed readiness criteria rather than a fixed calendar.

Phase 1

Configure

Map agency policies, location differences, user roles, EHR paths, payer gates, security controls, and baseline measurements.

Phase 2

Controlled launch

Operate selected intake and clinical-review workflows with human approval before release, daily monitoring, and scheduled performance review.

Phase 3

Expansion review

Reconcile results, review incidents and exceptions, refine agency-specific rules, and approve the next deployment stage.

Pricing framework

Price the work that each model actually performs

Dollar pricing follows discovery because branch count, document volume, operating hours, EHR variation, and staffing responsibility materially change cost.

Workstation model

Platform and deployment pricing

A fixed configuration fee plus platform pricing based on deployed workstations, locations, and agreed review volume.

  • Agency supplies daily operators
  • VeriForge supplies configuration, releases, maintenance, and support
  • Expansion pricing follows validated location complexity
Managed operations

Platform plus service pricing

A fixed configuration fee plus a managed-service charge based on volume, operating window, review complexity, and required response time.

  • VeriForge supplies trained operational staff
  • Customer retains clinical authority and policy ownership
  • Service levels and staffing capacity are agreed before launch
How the 90%+ agency-workload target is measured

An agency-side manual review touch is an agency employee action to collect, audit, adjudicate, route, or release an in-scope item. VeriForge labor is excluded from that agency-side metric and reported separately. Baseline volume, included actions, exceptions, and measurement period are agreed before launch.

Responsibilities

Clear ownership throughout deployment

Named owners prevent policy questions, access requests, and clinical exceptions from slowing operations.

Customer executive sponsor

Approves scope, removes organizational blockers, reviews outcomes, and owns the expansion decision.

Customer clinical and operational leads

Define agency policy, adjudicate clinical exceptions, validate messages, confirm workflow ownership, and approve rule changes.

Customer IT and security

Approve workstation access, credentials, data flow, network controls, retention, user roles, and incident contacts.

VeriForge deployment lead

Owns configuration, operating cadence, issue tracking, performance reporting, and coordination across customer and VF roles.

VeriForge review and engineering roles

Operate the managed workflow where contracted, perform the human review with proprietary second- and third-pass AI verification, adjudicate edge cases, inspect training packages, test rule changes, stage signed updates, monitor release quality, and maintain rollback readiness. Roles may be combined during the initial launch, but each responsibility remains explicit.

Support and expansion

Measured support with explicit scale gates

Final response targets and escalation paths are written into the deployment plan rather than assumed.

Operating support

Named VF contact, documented intake for incidents and policy questions, daily monitoring during launch, and scheduled operating reviews.

Update control

PHI-minimized training and error packages are reviewed before any change. Versioned updates reach a designated target workstation first, with health checks and rollback before broader promotion.

Quality gates

Finding precision, reviewer agreement, false-positive rate, missed-findings review, writeback reliability, and time to resolution meet thresholds agreed before launch.

Operating-value gates

Agency-side manual touches, referral-to-ready time, preventable returns, first-pass readiness, and staffing impact improve against the approved baseline.

Expansion decision

The parties jointly approve each expansion stage based on operating results, support capacity, security controls, and location readiness.

Define deployment around real workflows and measurable results.

VeriForge converts the selected delivery model, locations, workflows, controls, and success measures into a written deployment scope.
